Zvezda’s gluten free delights


For those allergic to gluten, Zvezda serves many sweets based on dried egg whites (e.g. our well­known meringue cake) or almond flour, which we use in our almond cake with chocolate (Caprese).

If you are a fan of walnuts, try out the tasty Panama Cake. It is made of chocolate­walnut sponge cake and walnut topping.

Apart from vegan and gluten­ free sweets, we also serve house­made soups made from fresh seasonal vegetables. The soups do not contain flour.
