For those allergic to gluten, Zvezda serves many sweets based on dried egg whites (e.g. our wellknown meringue cake) or almond flour, which we use in our almond cake with chocolate (Caprese).
If you are a fan of walnuts, try out the tasty Panama Cake. It is made of chocolatewalnut sponge cake and walnut topping.
Apart from vegan and gluten free sweets, we also serve housemade soups made from fresh seasonal vegetables. The soups do not contain flour.
